B.C.D. Building Energy Assessors is an Irish parnership which provides Building Energy Ratings (BER) for domestic homes in Ireland.
Our aim is to provide a friendly professional and efficient service in relation to all building energy rating issues.
A BER Certificate is a legal requirement as a direct result of the E.U. Energy Performance of Building Directive which was transcribed into Irish Law in 2006.
B.C.D. Building Energy Assessors consists of a team of qualified BER Assessors dedicated to providing a high quality service to all our clients.
Our primary objective is to carry out BER Assessments and provide BER Certificates for domestic dwellings in the greater Dublin and Leinster area.
Our assessors, not only provide our clients with a thorough BER Assessment and BER Certificate, but we also provide independent advise to clients in relation to existing dwellings, new dwellings and dwellings at the planning or construction stage. This provides our clients with an opportunity to improve their BER rating before a BER Certificate is issued.
